Partnering |
Raptor's growth strategy calls for leveraging its in-house research and development capabilities through partnerships, acquisitions and collaborations. This approach has helped Raptor to develop a balanced portfolio of product candidates with the potential to reach a broad array of underserved patient populations.
Out-licensing
Raptor intends to develop and commercialize certain of its product candidates on its own and to partner product candidates that target larger markets.
Raptor is actively seeking partnerships for:
- Commercializing RP104 (DR Cysteamine) for NASH
- Continuing clinical development and commercialization in Asia of Convivia™ for ALDH2 deficiency
Development Partnerships
Raptor is also seeking partnerships with companies interested in research and development collaborations involving:
- HepTide™ for the potential treatment of primary liver cancer and other liver diseases
- WntTide™ for the potential treatment of breast cancer
- NeuroTrans™ for the potential delivery of therapeutics across the blood-brain barrier to treat neurodegenerative diseases
In-licensing
Raptor continues to be interested in acquiring or in-licensing novel product candidates for development.
Collaborations
Raptor has collaborated with several leading research institutions and nonprofit organizations as part of its efforts to improve treatments for underserved patient populations.
Intellectual Property
Raptor owns or has exclusive licenses that protect all of its product candidates and drug targeting platforms. Maintaining freedom to operate and the ability to grow through partnerships is a critical part of our strategy.
